Moguls
I was born in the mountains of Colorado, USA to an American dad and Aussie mum, who were the first to share their love of skiing and the outdoors with me. My most vivid memories from childhood are those of watching in euphoric anticipation as huge, fluffy snowflakes made their silent descent amongst the trees–knowing the following day would offer an endless stache of pow for my friends and I to ski. I grew up competing in moguls and was offered a position on the Australian National Team in 2021, when I made the move across the pond to join the squad. I’ve competed on the World Cup Tour since then and am currently building my campaign for the 2026 Olympic Games in Milan. I’m studying Environmental Science and Business at Griffith University, and hope to work in sustainable policy and management. Travelling as an athlete has exposed me to the harsh reality of decline in the duration and quality of winter around the globe, and as I grapple with reducing my own footprint, I believe in leveraging the passion of the outdoor community to make progress towards climate solutions. I want the next generations to experience the happiness and exhilaration of enjoying the natural environment.
